I would just like to express my condolences to the family at this time and leave words of comfort. Those words can be found in the bible book of Psalm 37:10,11, and 29 that tells of a time when God will do away with all the wicked ones forever and only those righteous will be left on earth surrounded by peaceful conditions. I hope that you can gain comfort from these words during your time of distress.

May God hold you in the palm of His hand!

Dear Vivian & Family,

I was saddened to learn of Ed's death. While I knew him only briefly, I can't recall ever seeing him without a smile on his face. Nor can I recall ever hearing anything negative said about him. He was a true gentleman ... the type of person everyone likes to call friend. And we all know the Lord welcomes him home as the true friend he was.

May God Bless You All,

Dear Vivian & Family

For so many years Ed read at the 7 am Mass at SEAS. I will never forget our retreat together in Texas. My mother was a Klein so we both shared our German heritage. How often we broke bread with Fr Milane at Jerry-Bobs...wonderful conversations and sharings...Our thoughts and prayers are with you and the family at this time.

Dear Vivian and Family,
It was wonderful to run into your husband – your dad - at church. He always welcomed me and my family. Ed never failed to share his humor – a comment here – a comment there – he could make you laugh for days at a time as you “replayed” his remarks in your head. A brilliant mind; a truthful man.
Our prayers with you and your family. Love ya all from Mary Lou, Bob, Jacey and Kyle

Dear Vivian and family:
We feel we have lost a very dear friend that we were fortunate to know even though it was for only a few years. Ed was a very special person and will be sorely missed.
Our love and prayers to all of you,

Dear Vivian and Family: "This is the day the Lord has made, let us rejoice and be glad." The Lord has called our dear Ed Home to the reward He promised to those who love Him ... and, indeed, he did! My love and prayers ...
