George J. SCHULTE Jr.

1922 - 2017

SCHULTE, George J. Jr., passed away on February 20, 2017. George was born in Detroit Michigan on August 11, 1922. George lived in Minnesota for 35 years and retired as Vice-President from 3M for overseas operations. George moved to Tucson in 1996. George stayed active in retirement including volunteering at the University of Minnesota School of Business, Oro Valley Hospital, president of the Oro Valley Arts Council, President of Kiwanis, Stephen's Minister and greeter at the Oro Valley Church of the Nazarene. George was preceded in death by his sister, Marion and half-sister, Celine and his first wife Ellen. He is survived by wife Joyce Peek Schulte; his son, Gary, and stepsons, Clinton Peek and family, Tim Peek and family, and stepdaughters, Gloanna Peek and Melea Peek. The family would like to thank Aspen Care Home and Agape Hospice for the excellent care they provided George.
