Harry Ewig Obituary

Harry Thomas Ewig, III 10/29/1953 - 5/2/2011 Our beloved son, father, brother and uncle passed away peacefully on May 2, 2011, after a long and difficult illness. Harry was born on October 29, 1953 in Lakewood, Ohio. He spent his early years growing up on the shores of Lake Erie and then ultimately relocated with his family to Tucson in 1993. Harry loved his family with all of his heart and struggled to stay with us for as long as he was able. We will miss him forever but his love and memories will always remain in our hearts. Harry was predeceased by his father, Harry T. Ewig, Jr. He is survived by his devoted son, Harry T. Ewig IV and his fiancee, Dana B. Kiang; his loving parents, Mark and Gloria Spies; his loving sister, Lynn Sharp (Daniel) and his adored nephews, Danny and Kevin. Arrangements by ADAIR FUNERAL HOMES, Avalon Chapel.

Gloria,

I am so sorry to hear of your loss. What wonderful memories I have of your son and our time together. We had so much fun. I can't imagine the pain you must feel. You were the best mother he could have ever had. He spoke so highly of you.
One of the memories I savor to this day, was about Harry and a client of mine who had her own "bucket list". She was 90 years old and had always wanted to ride on a motorcycle. Harry heard about this and immediately sprung to action. She was able to have that ride on the motorcyle and talked about it until she died 6 months later. He always tried to bring happiness to others whenever he could. I want you to know how happy he made so many people. My love to you all. Feel free to call, Patricia Rose.
