1933 - 2016

KELLY, June S. 1933 - 2016 Beloved Wife, Mother, Grand and Great-Mother passed away on December 16, 2016 at the age of 83 after a yearlong battle with cancer. She was born in Texas and raised in the land of oil fields. After graduating from West Texas State College in Canyon, Texas she married the love of her life, Ken in 1955. She lived with her family in Ohio, Missouri, Kansas, Japan, Virginia, and then finally settled in Tucson in 1973. She spent 21 years working as a book-keeper/office manager for Tucson Orthopedic. She enjoyed reading and teaching furniture upholstery. She never met a stranger and loved life and a good party. She loved to travel throughout the United States and her biggest joy in her life was her family. She is survived by her Husband, Ken Kelly, after 61 years of marriage, her children, Michael Kelly, Susan Bishop (Mark), Terri Larson (Mark), and grand and great-grandchildren, Steven Bishop, Terra Larrimore, Trent and Dylan Larson, Ryan Kelly, Kenny and Ethan Larrimore; her sister, Joyce and many nieces and nephews other dear relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her eldest son, Jeff Kelly (Fran), who passed away four years ago. A Memorial Service and Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, January 6, 2017 starting with a viewing at 12:30 p.m. and service at 1:00 p.m. at ADAIR FUNERAL HOME, Northern Chapel 8090 N. Northern Ave. Grave site burial will be for family only please. The family wishes to thank Arizona Oncology, Choice Options (Sarah), and Casa de la Luz Kanmar place for their wonderful and compassionate care during the last few months of her life.
