Patricia Anne Noonan

Patricia Anne Noonan Daniel E. Noonan 11/17/1923 - 9/26/2009 Patricia passed away on March 18, 2011 in her adopted home of Tucson, Arizona. Patricia or "Paddy" was born Patricia Anne Smith in London, England on October 24, 1929 the second of three daughters to John and Winifred Smith. She and her family moved to Staten Island, New York in 1939 where she graduated from Curtis High School in 1946. Patricia married Daniel Noonan in 1949 with whom she had four children and had a wonderful, loving marriage until Daniel's death in 2009. Daniel and Patricia moved to Tucson, Arizona in 1977 where they led an active and enjoyable life in the community of Skyline Country Club estates. Patricia and her husband, Daniel were avid golf enthusiasts and they won many awards for their golfing prowess. Patricia was an accomplished artist and produced her best work while living in the beautiful foothills of the Catalina Mountains. Patricia is survived by her sisters, Pamela and Jennifer; her sons, John, Danny, Paul and her daughter, Lindsay. Patricia is also survived by her grandchildren, Erin, Jennie, Bryan and Geoffrey and great- grandchildren, Patrick, Sam and Ryan. Patricia was loved by everyone who had the pleasure to know her. She had a loving, sweet, supportive nature and was adored by her family and friends who will miss here immensely. A Memorial Mass will be held on Wednesday, March 23, 2011, 10:00 a.m. at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, 5150 N. Valley View Road. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to TMC Hospice. Arrangements entrusted to ADAIR FUNERAL HOMES, Avalon Chapel, 742-7901.
