MEDINA, Robert F. Passed away on Sunday May 14, 2017 at the age of 82. He is survived by his two children, Kimberly and Matthew. He was also a grandfather to Ryan and Erin Faucher and Owen Medina. He also leaves his sisters, Freda Neves, Elsie Medina, Charlotte Thomas and a brother Edward Medina, in addition to countless other family and friends. Robert was an active member of Our Lady of the Desert Church and St Elizabeth Ann Seton and was a long time member of the church choir. His devotion to his faith and compassion for others touched and inspired all those who knew him. A Service will be held on Monday, May 22, 2017 at 10:00am at Our Lady of the Desert Church at 7101 W. Picture Rocks Rd. Tucson. Donations may be made in his name to the American Heart Association. Arrangements by ADAIR FUNERAL HOME, Avalon Chapel.

I just learned of Bob's passing. I had the privilege of working with him in San Francisco as part of the same team. He was a great mentor and a technical expert of international lending supervision. Him and I were working together on the same day the Loma Prieta quake, although he had left for the day just a few minutes before the quake hit. Above all, Bob was a great colleague and human being. My deepest condolences to his family.

I'll always remember dear uncle Bobby, when he came to England when I was 12 years old. He gave me a radio to listen to music. He also came again to the fantastic Medina reunion 2 years ago. It was amazing how much he looked like his older brother Freddie, my dear dad. Praying for all the family. With love Violet and all the Medina's in England.
