Robert M. Grabow

Robert (Bob) M. Grabow 77 of Tucson, passed away Wednesday, March 9, 2011. Preceded in death by his loving wife, Cecil; his parents, two brothers, and one sister. Survived by his son, Robert of Tucson, AZ; three stepdaughters, Darlene Depew of San Diego, CA, Kathy Brown of San Diego, Ca, and Charlene Hill of Colorado Springs, CO, and many nieces and nephews. Bob was born in Marlin, WA on April 28, 1933, he attended Marlin High School before joining the U.S. Army. After the Army Bob went to work for Garrett Air Research/Allied Signal/Honeywell until he retired. Bob will be missed by his friends and was loved for his humor and wit. He liked to travel in his motor home and spend summers in a cooler climate. He was a member of the VFW. A Memorial Service will be Sunday, April 3, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at Ascension Lutheran Church, 1220 W. Magee. Arrangements entrusted to ADAIR FUNERAL HOMES, Avalon Chapel (742-7901). In lieu of flowers donations may be made to American Heart Association or the VFW.
