I worked with Brent for many years at Facilities Management and had a lot of laughs with his everyday jokes and humor. He made an important contribution to the organization when he convinced Engineering that we needed a training room. Since then, many safety, technical and management courses were held in the room - including numerous Pima College classes open to all TUSD employees.
Brent was also active in our state association ADSSO and was first to suggest that we offer small grants to schools from trade show conferences.
We both wanted to go to a Victor Borge show, but were too late. When I attended a Bob Newhart concert recently, I though about how Brent might also be the audience. He met Bob Newhart in LA years before.
And I thought of him again when we visited Big Bear Lake, where he used to run his electrical contracting business.
I'll close by asking a question he once asked "If our knees bent in the opposite direction, what would chairs look like"
We will miss you Brent.

Brent, I didn't know you well but I know Roy admired you very much. I am sorry for Anne to lose you and I know you and Roy have reunited in Heaven and are enjoying a cold beer together. Rest in peace, you will be missed. The Mason Lodge lost another great Mason.

Brent,
They had to light candles until you got there.
Heaven needed a good electrician.

I was also at TUSD (retired) and had many opportunities to work with Brent. I remember him as someone that you would love to have at a party due to his wonderful, funny and detailed stories. He was always nice to me & everyone he met. He was the only person in maintenance who was awarded an Apple pin by the "Board" and he wore it with pride. It was a pleasure to work along side him. He will be missed.

So sorry to hear about Brent passing. He was a true friend to my dad, and I know how much my mom and dad loved spending time with he and Ann.
Rest well brother.
