Betty Taylor Obituary

Betty Jean (Balling) Taylor passed away peacefully Friday, April 8, 2011 at TMC Hospice. She was born June 30, 1936 to Mark and Marjorie balling in Logan, Utah. She was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great- grandmother and friend. Betty Jean was an avid gardener and loved spending time in her garden. She also loved needle point and crocheting. After raising three sons she went to work in food service for TUSD where she retired. She is survived by her sons, Michael LaVell (Lonnie), Gregory Mark (Kim) and Vince Edward; her brother, Chris Mark Balling (Carol); eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, LaVell Edward Taylor and her parents, Mark and Marjorie Balling. Graveside Service will be held at East Lawn Palm Cemetery Friday, April 15, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to TMC Hospice for their loving care. Arrangements by DESERT ROSE CREMATION AND BURIAL.
