Billy Eugene GOURLEY

1944 - 2017

GOURLEY, Billy Eugene of Tucson, AZ, July 3, 1944 -August 5, 2017. Billy will be remembered with a heart more precious than gold, loving father, faithful friend, biscuit maker, rattlesnake wrangler, mule rider, creator, dancing fanatic, lover of westerns, generous soul and a true gentleman. Billy is survived by loving companion and princess of nine years, Ruthie Romero; son, Troy Gourley; daughters, Kim Snyder and Brenda Machado; loyal brother, Bobby Gourley; precious mother, Pauline Hays. Owner/Operator Quail Canyon Golf Course and Wild Bill's Steakhouse and Saloon. In 2014, was unable to continue work due to illness; did continue to live life and travel with family. Billy volunteered time to the Tucson Rodeo Parade Committee and served as the Sec. and Chairman for a term. He cherished those times and was respected by many. Memorial Service to be held Saturday, October 7, 2017 at 11:00 a.m., Calvary Christian Fellowship on N. Commerce Dr., Tucson. Memorial donations can be made to Alzheimer's Association or Tucson Rodeo Parade Comm. Arrangements by DESERT SUNSET FUNERAL HOME.
