Louise was my first client when I became a CFP. We maintained a caring relationship for some 30 years while at PCC and with the NEA faculty group.
I considered her a good friend; she will be missed.

Louise Haugh helped to bring the light of learning to many thousands of people through her devotion to building the ability to read. I first met her in 1970 in an adult reading class at Pima Community College where I was beginning my pursuit of learning to be a teacher as an undergrad. She was as bright and sparkling and devoted to improving education then as she was at the end of her life. I am proud to have known her and have respected her knowledge and commitment throughout her service. Right up to the end she she was striving to make Pima Community College a better institution of learning, and working to bring opportunities to those who may have missed out in their early years. She was a teacher, which continues to be my highest accolade!
