After years of being welcomed to Ric's by Lorna, and after several weeks without seeing her, we finally asked after her last night. We're shocked and saddened to hear of her passing. Lorna made Ric's special; it will never be the same without her. Our thoughts and sympathy go out to Lorna's loved ones.

We came to Ric's last night and heard about Lorna. We were shocked! Our deepest sympathies and condolences. Though we only come to see you 2-3 times a year, we were always welcomed by her laugh and smile. We will miss that. She always made us feel at home as if one of the family- a marvelous gift. We learned today about the loss of your lovely wife, Lorna. No matter how busy she was taking orders, giving them and the like, she always had time to say hello to us with her exuberant smile and gracious hospitality. We extend our heartfelt condolences to you and your family.

I will miss her smiling, friendly face so much. I'll never forget going all over town looking for a specific glass and not finding one until Lorna went behind the bar and gave me one of hers. Rest In Peace.

I always looked forward to seeing Lorna's smiling face on Sundays at the restaurant. I would bring my Labs with me on occasions and she knew I volunteered for the Lab rescue group here in Tucson and our conversations would always revolve around our love for dogs. Lorna was a wonderful, warm woman with a heart of gold and I am sure she will be missed by many. May God rest her soul.

Jack...I have had you in my prayers daily. I am so sorry... you know of all the people we left when we moved you and Lorna were never far from our minds. I have often imitated Lorna's "Booger Bear" over the years since we left. I could never do it the justice it deserved...but it was always good for a warm memory of you and Lorna. May God comfort and keep you in this time of sorrow. I love you Jack! Hang in there!

Lorna spent the first twenty years or so of her life in Casper Wyoming, and there were many people there who loved her. As one of her close friends from junior high school on, I can say being around Lorna was never dull, and she brought so much happiness to so many lives. We will never forget her.

I know you must be struggling with your loss of Lorna. She was indeed a special woman, always gracing your cafe's front door and making guests feel like they were in her home rather than a restaurant. You might not remember me, but before retirement I often brought in a group of C/B RE agents for lunch. My thoughts are with you.

I'm sorry it took me 13 years to finally to come back to Tucson and i'm sorry you never got the chance to see me all "grown up." I'm gonna miss those delicious margaritas you use to make me..& I never told you but I used to go to the bathroom & eat your tums, they became my new favorite snack once I tried the first one.
