Ruth Zornes Obituary

Ruth L. Zornes 86, of Tucson. Born in Dexter, Iowa, May 21, 1924, passed away April 29, 2011. Preceded in death by her husband, Carlton G. Zornes, her parents, three brothers, three sisters, and one granddaughter, Connie Ruth Magouyrk. Ruth is survived by son, Lester (Dru) Zornes; daughters, Karen (Jim) Jividen, Sharen Riley, Linda (Don) Magouyrk; 11 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and many other family and friends. Ruth was a great cook. She will be greatly missed. Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 4, 2011 at EAST LAWN PALMS MORTUARY, 5801 E. Grant Rd. Funeral Services will be at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, May 5, 2011 with burial to follow at East Lawn Palms Cemetery.
