Socorro Monteverde Obituary

Socorro Monteverde was called to our Lord on March 9, 2011. "Nana" was born on April 23, 1925 in Ures, Sonora, Mexico. Always loved and adored, she was preceded in death by her father, Juan; her mother, Angela; her brothers, Leandro and Victor and her sister, Clara. She is survived by her loving sister, Maria Luisa; her nephew, Jorge (Mary); her niece, Olivia and her devoted sons, Norm (Laura) and Edward. She will be deeply missed by her seven grandchildren. Marisa, Brianna, Esteban, Edward James, Aaron, Edward Jr. and Stephanie as well as her many nieces and nephews. Funeral Service will be at FUNERARIA DEL ANGEL SOUTH LAWN, 5401 S. Park Ave. on Thursday, March 17, 2011 at 11:00 a.m.
