As I sit here and wait for my first practice to start there is only one person on my mind. Valentino. Valentino was a father, brother, primo, friend, son, and one of the most amazing person on this earth. When Valentino would walk into a room he would put a smile on everyone's face. Valentino had an amazing personality. Valentino could make you laugh whenever you felt down. Not only that but he was an amazing dancer. I remember the good times we had like going to his house and hanging out with Lorena and him while he grilled his famous chicken. I also had a blast with him at family functions. Especially on the volleyball court. Valentino will truly be missed. My thoughts and prayers go out to Lorena, little Valentino,Tia Marty and Frank, Sonia, and the rest of the family. R.I.P. Valentino. We love you and miss you.

Valentino, I never had the chance to meet the man who has made my beautiful friend, Lorena so happy. The fact that you swept her off her feet and gave her the blessing of baby Tino is how I got to know all about you. I'm a firm believer that people come into your life for a reason. I can only gather that Lorena came into your life to be your warrior of strength while you were weak. You came into her life providing unconditional love and the beautiful gift of Baby Tino. Although, the journey was rough, and unpleasant at times; the fond memories of laughter, happiness, and joy will always endure for Lorena, your friends and family.

You and Lorena have shown many of us- the unbroken love, and immeasurable commitment to one another. Making the statement to all those who were there to witness the true meaning of marital vows, “for better or for worse for sicker or poorer till death do us part”. Your name and love that you had for one another will never be forgotten. Rest in Peace

Lorena, you are in my thoughts and prayers. I love you.
Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted. Matthew 5:4
