I will never forget your incredible father. In my senior year, 1967-1968, he got me a position in the Dean's office after school doing clerical work. It was a volunteer placement, and I loved it. It helped me throughout my entire career. He was a reference in my first job application, and gave me a beautiful recommendation. While he was volunteering for I believe it was with Adult Protective Services, I ran into him when he brought someone in for medical to the emergency room at TMC where I was employed.

He helped to shape me into the person I am today. His huge heart and compassionate soul will stay in my memory forever. We were truly blessed to have him as an inspiration in our young adult lives. I know God had a special place for him at his table.

I am very sorry for your loss. He certainly accomplished a lot in his life time and affected many people in a positive manner. Your father was very fortunate to have such a loving family that took good care of him in his later years.
