Helen Louise O'Donnell

O'DONNELL, Helen Louise (Lou), Louise was born December 14, 1926 in Manning, IA, to Henry and Helen Kleespies. She passed away March 4, 2011 in Tucson, AZ. She was preceded in death by her lifetime partner, Jerry O'Donnell; her parents, brother, Clarence Kleespies; sisters, DeNage Lowe, Marie Van Scoy and granddaughter, Shannon Nebitt. Louise is survived by her six children, Mary (Rob) Hove, Orting, WA, Theresa (Mike) Kruse, San Antonio, TX, Terry (Carol) O'Donnell, Omaha, NE, Maury (Kamisah) O'Donnell, Omaha, NE, Susan Pohlman, Tucson, AZ, Katie (Gary) Wagner, Enumclaw, WA; 18 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Louise was a graduate of Creighton Memorial St. Joseph's School of Nursing in Omaha, NE. Lou and Jerry spent most of their married life in Omaha, retiring to Tucson, AZ in 1986. In lieu of flowers the family requests contributions be made in Lou's name to the National M.S. Society, P.O. Box 4527, New York, NY, 10163, or the National Association of Little People of America, 250 El Camino Real, Suite #201, Tustin, CA, 92780.
