I had the pleasure of meeting Larry and what a delightful person. He wanted me to help him publish his book - something that he wanted to leave to his son whom he deeply cherished. He said he felt his time was short. So sad to hear of his sudden passing. My thoughts of comfort and peace are with the Liakos family. Peace & Many Blessings!

Lawrence,
You will truly be missed! I always looked forward to seeing you at church and also watching Cody b-ball it up on the basketball court. I am thankful for meeting you and your son. I will make sure to have Cody and Tj get together over summer for some fun. Please say hi to my sister for me. RIP Lawrence.

I was fortunate to know Lawrence as Cody's Dad. After several months of only knowing him as this, I finally asked him what his "real" name was. He said Lawrence, but was happy to continue to go by "Cody's Dad." I remember his kind words of support during the loss of my sister. At the time, I never imagined he’d be joining her in heaven so quickly. I will miss seeing him at church and proudly watching Cody on the basketball court. My thoughts and prayers go out to Cody and the entire Liakos family. May God provide you with comfort during this difficult time and may your love for Lawrence help keep his memory alive forever...

Larry,

A great man who inspired, encouraged, many good times... So many laughs and memories with friends and family will never be forgotten. Cheers to you and your life and legacy.

This picture of Larry was taken at my wedding in 1988. Larry caught my garter. He never aged. What a great person. Cody, your Daddy sure did love you.

My deepest sympathies to the Liakos family. I know your loss all too well. While we have the comfort of knowing that our guys are no longer in pain & are joyfully in the presence of our Lord, it will take a good while for our broken hearts to heal.
Larry was such a good man. It's unfair that his light will no longer shine in this world, but through all the lives he touched during his brief life his goodness will continue to warm us all.
God bless you through this time of loss. I'll keep you in my prayers.
Rest in Peace Larry.

Larry, You will be dearly missed! You were such a wonderful person and I always enjoyed listening to you and your brothers and Jesse and Brad fight over who you thought was a better basketball player....Shaq or Kolbe....Jordan or Bird...Many Thanksgivings and X-Mass holidays were spent debating these things. I used to loved hearing you all razz each other about what you thought... We will miss you. My love to your family and son Cody!
