Ed STEVENS Obituary

STEVENS, Ed, 80, of Tucson, went home to God June 9, 2013. Ed was an Olympic gold medalist (rowing, Helsinki 1952), a naval officer and nuclear engineer. He lived in Richland, Washington for over 40 years. Devoted husband to Mary and loving father of Ann (and David Olsen, of Tucson), Tom (and Tiffany, of Portland, OR), Jean (of Kenmore, WA), and Paul (and Katherine, of Tucson). He is also survived by grandsons, Nicholas, Dane, Owen and Henry and his sister, Joan Redmann of Florida. Services for Ed will be held on Saturday, June 22, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Francis Cabrini Catholic Church, followed by a memorial celebration at the San Pedro Chapel. Donations may be made to the Pima Council on Aging. Arrangements by CARRILLO'S TUCSON MORTUARY.
