Alfred Jay Sikkema

Alfred Jay Sikkema 78 years old, passed away April 25, 2011. Loving father of Jill Sikkema and Julia (Ron) Choate; beloved grandfather of Laura and Andrew Choate; dear brother of Ellen (the late Ted) Whip, Gertrude (the late Jack)Yonkers, Harriet (the late Earl)Brandenburg, Henry (Marion) Sikkema and Joanne (Don) McKisson and his brother-in-law, Steve Wacek. Alfred was preceded in death by his wife, Janice (nee Wacek); sister, Annette and Mel Folkert; his parents, Henry and Alice and his brother-in-law, Jack Wacek. A devoted family man, Alfred was born in Grand Rapids, MI and worked for the airlines for 30 years. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, April 30, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at VISTOSO FUNERAL HOME, 2285 E. Rancho Vistoso Blvd., Oro Valley.
