Andrew VALL Obituary

VALL, Andrew Emery 90, passed away January 10, 2018. "If I am to be remembered, it is for the honesty I try to demonstrate, the patience I try to live by, and the compassion I have for others." Andrew is survived by his wife, Janet of 47 years, five children: Laura Evans, Steve Vall, Elise D' Amico, Nicole Glow, Elizabeth Mosley; and eight grandchildren. Andrew graduated from Columbia, worked 43 years at Raytheon, and 15 years teaching algebra. Andrew was a Renaissance man. He was known for his gentle spirit, wit, inspiring curiosity, and ability to fix just about anything. He was loved; he will be missed. A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Cyril, Friday, January 26, 2018, 11:00 a.m. Memorial gifts may be made to: The Community Food Bank and Catholic Social Services. Arrangments by ANGEL VALLEY FUNERAL HOME.

We were saddened to hear of Andy's passing. We worked together at Hughes Aircraft Company. He took the photographs at our wedding over 50 years ago.
