Dear Griffis Family,
I remember Bonnie and how she was so very elegant and was always so beautifully dressed and made up. However, her inner beauty really showed when she would never ignore two gangly girls who rang her doorbell during hot summer days to play with her puppy, Nick, or help feed her two kittens with an eyedropper. She came to the door in a robe with hair in curlers, gave us her welcoming smile and indulged our requests. THAT was her real beauty. Bonnie Griffis was a class act - always quick to compliment and praise. She was an extraordinary soul. I wish you all time and peace to remember her and smile....she left us all with many warm memories.
Much love,
Clive Jones

I extend my condolences to the Griffis family for their sad loss of a wonderful lady.
Bonnie Lou Griffis welcomed me into her home, sat me in her dear husband's dining chair, invited me to say grace and treated me as someone special when it was Bonnie that was so very very special. May God bless you Bonnie and care for you forever.

I have wonderful memories of time spent in Tuscon at Bob and Bonnie's house visiting with my grandparents when I was a child. Also, I remember them coming to visit during the summer at my grandparents' lake home in MN. Bob always made me laugh with his Donald Duck impressions, and Bonnie used to let me watch her "put on her face" in the morning. I loved it! They were both always so, so kind and generous to me and I was very sad to learn of Bonnie's passing.

To all the Griffis family and my dear mom (Patsy), I'm so sorry for all of us -- we lost a wonderful, caring member of our family. It is a comfort to know she is at peace, in heaven. I have some wonderful memories with Auntie Bonnie that I will cherish forever.
May God's peace surround all of us as we mourn the loss of our dear, sweet Bonnie.

Griffis Family,
Please accept our condolences. We have so much history. I have always loved Bob (Donald Duck) and Bonnie (Make Up Girl) and have many, many fond memories. My imagination runs wild thinking of all the different ways Bob welcomed her on April 2! Know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. Love from the Stadem Family
