Carl Edward "Wallo" Lokey was born on August 15, 1959 in Tucson, AZ he was one of five children. Carl after graduating from Pueblo High School later joined the United States Air Force where he served four years very proudly. After serving in the armed forces Carl later began being a jack of all trades and being the life of anywhere he was at. Carl leaves to cherish his memory, his three children, with Elizabeth Dominguez; one son, Ruben Lokey; two daughters, Venessa Montoya (Frank) and Denise Lokey all of Tucson, AZ; seven grandchildren, Javier, Brandon, Frankie, Christopher, Mya, Juanito, and D'haven, all of Tucson, AZ; mother Connie of Tucson, AZ; two sisters, Connie Piery and, Isabella Betters (Bryon); two brothers, Ray Rojas and Walter Betters (Sunshine). A host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends. Viewing Friday, February 22, 2013 at ABBEY FUNERAL CHAPEL from 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. with Rosary to follow. "Wallo will be greatly missed, but never will he be forgotten".
