To Tom ,Cheryl ,Tom Jr. and family...
I am so very sorry to learn of Carols' passing though I am sure she is in a much better place now without pain .
I wouldn't doubt that she is looking down at all of us with a smile right now .
When I had moved to Philadelphia Carol became the first true friend that I had met ;that is now over sixty years ago .
Throughout all of those years we both still managed to keep in touch - be it by long phone calls or letters the same .
Something that I have always thought funny and yet unique about Carols' letters was the fact that she wrote so incredibly small ; So small that I would sometimes need to take her letters to a photo copier and enlarge them just to be able to read them myself .
I do want your family and everyone that came to know Carol that she was a very special friend to me and I will miss her and our conversations together dearly .

Dear Tom, Cheryl and Tom Jr andfamily, The passing of Carole saddens me even though I know she is with her Heavenly Father and no longer suffering. She was a good friend and a great help in the classroom, the students looked forward to the days she would come. I will miss my buffalo pictures she always seemed to find and get to me. May you find comfort in her memory. God'speed to all of you. Kathy Strange(Tucson)

Dear Tom, Cheryl and Tom Jr and your children and grandchildren,
I am very sorry to hear of Carole's passing, though I know she is more comfortable now. Carole was such a special person. Her faith and dedication to God's way was inspirational. She was a mentor to me as a young mother. She was a support as the final senior warden at the Chapel of the Resurrection. I so appreciated her participation in my daughter's quinceanera. I know the Lord is with each of you now, His strength will get you through this difficult time. God bless, Carole!
