Great Chief, I worked with him everyday in The 41st ECS, we ran in the morning as a unit, we deployed together in the late 80's ! He spoke how great his wife and kids were daily! He was very special and I will be attending his Memorial Mass..

I wish I had worked for him 10 years earlier in my Air Force career, I would have been a much better person, and better in everything I did.

Don and I worked together at Davis-Monthan in the mid-90s. He was the model of what an Air Force Chief should be -- there were none better!! He was a good friend, proud father, and devoted husband. Simply put, Don was a truly fine man.
