Donn Phillips

Donn Phillips age 70 went to be with the Lord in tremendous peace on Tuesday, March 2, 2010 as he was trying to overcome prostate cancer. He had a stunning attitude, heart, and even humor through it. He is survived by family who love him and miss him deeply. Son, Dennis; daughter, Angel; stepsons, Doug and Kenny Clemens; his sisters, Linda, McGee, and Shirley; brothers, David, Dean and Doug; and their extended families. Donn treasured his family, friendships and colleagues. Originally from Rumford, Maine, son of Kenneth M. and Margaret R. Phillips (deceased). Donn attended Stephens High School and graduated from Lewiston High School. He moved to Arizona to attend the U of A which he was graduated from in 1966 with a degree in Business Administration. He worked for Tucson Realty as manager of property management and leasing. In 1976, Donn and his business partner Park Dana purchased Shadron Realty, one of Tucson's oldest Real Estate companies. He would then establish Badger Phillips Realty of which he was the broker and owner of until the present. He is respected and endeared by his colleagues. In the midst of his business accomplishments, he was a good friend and devoted father to his children. He also walked in great trust in God, loved and was loved by God and is in eternity now but his memory lives on in the hearts of his family, friends, colleagues. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, March 6, 2010 at 9:30 a.m. at St. Frances Cabrini at 3201 E. Presidio, Tucson Arizona, 85716. Followed by a reception. We welcome you to come.
