She is one that I'll always remember - always cheerful and smiling. Funny how we remember certain coworkers over the years. Had no idea she had such a musical background - the brain seems to forget! My blessings to her survivors - she was a WONDERFUL LADY! Love, Pat Barkley

On behalf of the United States Submarine Veterans (USSVI), we offer our most sincere condolences and sympathy to all of Doris' family and friends in this time of sorrow and grief. I pray that God will bless you with peace, comfort, and the healing of your broken hearts. We are especially thankful for Doris' service to the Dolphinette auxiliary of the Green Valley chapter of the Submarine Veterans of WWII (USSVI) and for her husband's (Garnes) service to our country in the Submarine Service during WWII. Rest in peace dear sister of the Phin and God bless your loved ones who remain.
Rev. Ray Fritz, National Chaplain United States Submarine Veterans, USSVI.

So sorry for the loss of your beloved mother. I'll always remember the wonderful time we had with them when they lived in Riggins! What an great adventure that was! Your Mom always had a smile on her face and such a wonderful laugh. Larry and my thoughts and prayers are with you all.
