Francis Thomas "Jeff" Jefferson On the 4th of July, Francis Thomas "Jeff" Jefferson passed away in the comfort of his home with family at his side. Born March 12, 1917 in Stoneham, Massachusetts, Jeff grew up humbly through the Depression with his father and sister Ruth. He graduated from Ridge Tech in 1935 and joined the United States Air Force, where he would serve as a line chief and flew multiple missions over "the Hump" above the Himilayas in World War II. The USAF took him to Tucson AZ where he would meet Frances, the love of his life in 1941. The two married and started a large loving family.
