Mr. Acker, I am so sorry to hear of your wifes passing. I remember when you had a few of us over to your house and she served summer sausage and cheese. It was great. She had a great smile and it was easy to see the love you had for her in your eyes.

I am so sad to hear of Georgia's passing, she was such a great gal, I have been going to the Marana P O for 20 years and she always had a smile and served her clients with such grace.

Dear Joe & Family;
Please accept my deepest sympathy and heartfelt thoughts. No matter how rushed or tired I was when going to the post office, her beautiful smile would brightened any day. She gently touched so many lives, and will be greatly missed.
My mother fought cancer for over ten years and my dad passed just four months after being diagnosed with lung cancer, so I can relate to Georgia's and your courageous journey.

To all of you, John and I send our deepest sympathies. I remember Georgia as being one of the first people I met when we moved to Marana when Clay, Tracey, Kelley an d Marc were just little guys and played together everyday, and caught the bus together. I was so sorry to hear about Georgia. My memories of her were from the post office and when we shared aerobic classes together with Marlyn and the "girls" at the Marana Senior Center years ago. We always had such a great time, laughing and trying to all stay in step together. My condolences to all of the family, she will be truly missed.

I remember Georgia as one of my sweet and fun childhood friends who let us come by her house to watch Mickey Mouse Club after school each week .

Georgia was one of the most positive individuals I have known. I worked several years with her at the Marana Post Office. She was always upbeat and full of energy with such a great laugh. There is not another who could touch her generosity.

We have known Georgia since the 60's involved with so many activities together. She always had a positive view about life and her sunny smile could make your day. I have so many fond memories of visits with Georgia and of her help when I was in high school. It warms my heart to think of them and I am blessed to have them. She will be greatly missed in the community. Love and blessing to Joe, Kelley, and Marc.
