Jeffery Isble Obituary

Jeffery Charles Isble 1/11/1953 - 4/12/2011 Jeff died suddenly of a heart attack on April 12, 2011 in Tucson Arizona. Jeff was born in San Francisco and raised in San Mateo. He was a graduate of Serra High School, class of 1971. He earned a degree in criminal justice and went on to have a career as a police officer in the San Francisco Police Department and retired after 30 years of service. Jeff was passionate about books, would break out in song or whistling anytime of day, and was starting to be a pretty good cook. His life long love affair with the old west moved him to Tucson where he was active in many old west organizations. He loved to travel and made friends wherever he went. He will be lovingly remembered by Janice Melara Isble, his wife; his mother, Lorraine Isble; brothers, Don and Steve Isble; sister, Jan Isble Dolan and their families. Jeff touched many lives with his happy spirit, kindness, sense of humor, and joy of life. We will miss his big booming laugh and his wonderful tenor singing voice. Friends and family are invited to a Memorial on Sunday, May 22, 2011 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at his family home in San Mateo. Happy trails partner. Arrangements by ANGEL VALLEY FUNERAL HOME.
