Jerold Michael Alpert born September 15, 1938 in Cleveland, Ohio and passed away on June 17, 2013. He was preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Beatrice Alpert. He was a generous and loving husband, father and grandfather who will be greatly missed. Jerry is survived by his wife, Vicki; daughter, Sandi (Monte) Riley; son, Jeff Alpert and stepdaughters, Audrey Capin, Melissa Capin (David Lewis) and Lillian (Michael) Swenor; brother, Harmon Alpert (Janie); grandchildren, Madelyn, Jordan, Samantha, Alec, Ryan, Josh, Jack and many family members and wonderful friends. Jerry was a graduate of the University of Arizona and spent his years working as a Master Builder. He became one of the city's most successful contractors building many of the luxurious homes that stand today in the foothills area. The family of Jerry Alpert wishes to thank Via Elegantè and Casa de la Luz Hospice for their care and support. A special thank you to Holly Wiltfong, Judy Ketz and Beatriz Rodarte for being such amazing caregivers as well as Ann Marie Lee from Casa de la Luz Hospice. Memorial Services will be held Friday, June 21, 2013, 9:30 a.m. at EVERGREEN MORTUARY, with Rabbi Samuel Cohon officiating.
