I was so sorry to hear of Jimmain's passing. I knew him as a child and his mother, Christine, when we lived in Phoenix. He was a delightful young man. My sympathy to his family.

Jimmain really loved to learn; in my 25 years as a teacher at the U of A I have seldom had someone as enthusiastic in class as he was. I got to know him well over the course of a semester, and will miss him greatly. My profound sympathies go out to all of his family and friends.

During this time of great sorrow and pain, know that you are not alone. May God give your family strength and comfort to help you endure this loss. As you remember your beloved one, may our Father, the God of peace, give you comfort and peace in every way today, tomorrow, and always. Please accept my sincere condolences. 2 Thessalonians 3:16

Jimmain was not only my advisee but my friend. I will miss our conversations about academia, family and life. I am better person and professional because of this man who was so senselessly taken from this world. RIP Jimmain.

Mr. Middleton was an inspiration to me. I have often used his love of life, family and education to help motivate my middle school students. He will be remembered for his work ethic and his kind heart. Jorge Guido

Jimmain Bravon was such an engaged, awoken, and down to earth classmate that I have ever known. He was one of many students in Africana Studies that expressed such importance of African American history, culture, and awareness of black citizens living in parts of the world. He stood out from the crowd with his form of style and welcomed everyone he knew. I was very honored to have passed through his path called life. May he rest in eternal peace.
