Dear Rincon Family, I was a civilian employee at TPD, and I have always remembered Jose. The first of every year I start looking forward to your yearly memorial for Jose. I wanted you to know that this yearly memorial is read and appreciated. Light and Peace to You, Diane Mayhew

I am not sure if you remember me, but Jose Luis was on my baseball team at Randolph Little League. I just wanted you to know that I think of him often...especially when listening to mariachi music. He was such a joy to be around, always trying to do his best and his big toothy smile when he got a hit always cracked me up. Our world could certainly use more young men like him...so positive, so talented, and so loved. Thank you for sharing him with us...he is missed.
