CURTRIGHT, Juanita, 80, of Siloam Springs, Arkansas, died January 5, 2017, at Siloam Springs Nursing and Rehab, Siloam Springs, Arkansas. Born September 2, 1936, in Clay County, Indiana, she was the daughter of Clarence Young and Irene Young. Juanita and Wayne Curtright were married September 18, 2000. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Siloam Springs, Arkansas. Juanita was preceded in death by her parents, first husband, Walter Sam Campbell; second husband, Joe Blackwell; daughters, Teresa Campbell, Georgia Morgan and Angie Campbell. Survivors include her husband, Wayne of the home; daughters, Patricia Campbell of Fayetteville, Arkansas, Loretta Hourscht and husband, Rick of Tucson, Arizona and Linda Sorensen and husband, Chuck of Sonoita, Arizona; sons, Rickey Campbell and wife, Sharon of Hemphill, Texas and Sam Campbell and wife, Susan of Siloam Springs, Arkansas; 17 grandchildren and 36 great-grandchildren. A Memorial service will be held in Arizona at a later date. Arrangements are by WASSON FUNERAL HOME, Siloam Springs, Arkansas. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hope's Kitchen, P.O.
