I was sorry to learn of the death of your beloved, Mrs. Cole. She will truly be missed by all those that knew and loved her. May you be comforted by the God of all comfort, who cares about you and your family, especially so, at this sad time.

Lavern, Mu is what we called her, was my Godmother. She was best friends with my grandmother, Norma, whom I never got to meet due to her passing prior to my birth. Mu stepped up and took the roll as my grandmother along with being my Godmother. Mu was a very important person in my life, along with Joe. For years I spent many of my days with them , with them watching myself and my sisters while our parents worked, after school I'd be picked up and we'd always get a special treat. They were both loved more then they will ever know. What brings me comfort in Mu's passing is knowing she is with our Lord no longer in pain. She is back with Joe, her family and her best friend, my Grammy. You will forever be loved and missed, until we meet again.
