Lester RUBENSTEIN Obituary

RUBENSTEIN, Judge Lester S. 10/29/1929 - 02/09/2018 Les was a Federal Administrative Law Judge for the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission. He graduated from Stuyvesant High School (NYC), UA (BS Engineering) and Carnegie Institute of Technology (MS). He served twice in the US Army, first as an enlisted man attaining the rank of SGT and after ROTC was called back to duty attaining the rank of 1LT. He raised his family in Gaithersburg, MD moving to Tucson in 1990. His hobbies were duplicate bridge, golf and investing. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Patricia (Hauser) Rubenstein; daughters, Martha Rubenstein (Mark Goldenberg), Beth Sargent (Francis); and son, Richard Rubenstein (Mary Ellen); and six grandchildren. Memorial Service at later date.
