Loren Harry Hardinger

Loren Harry Hardinger 87, died suddenly from a massive stroke on April 19, 2011 in Tucson, AZ. He was born in Waterloo, IA on November 15, 1923 and lived in Albia, IA. He has been a winter resident in Tucson the past 17 years. Loren is survived by his wife of 63 years, Rowena Lincoln Hardinger; daughter, Ruth (C. Michael Norton) Hardinger; sons, Dr. Jon L. (Joanne) Hardinger and David L. (Mary Kay) Hardinger; five grandchildren and three great- grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Harry Covert and Gladys Marie (Gross) Hardinger; his brother, Dr. Philip Hardinger and his sister, Naida Narjes. Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 23, 2011 at St. Mark's United Methodist Church in Tucson, with The Reverends Sharon Ragland and Jennifer Hageman officiating.
