Marcia was a dear friend to my dad when he lived in Las Vegas, and I remember how she would organize trips to the bead store or to buy paints so my sister and I could create art with her. She had a kind soul and cheerful spirit that will always live in my memory.

I first met Marcia at summer Girl Scout Camp, then to my surprise both our families moved to Brownsburg. We were good friends enjoying slumber parties and school activities. Because we lived in different states, we didn't get to see each other often. I have many fond memories of Marcia.

Marcia was the dearest of my friends for 16 years. She was lighthearted and fun, wise and listening, loving and generous. She adored Eleanor and was so very proud of her "boys" Gary and Scott, Jenny, too. She connected with others and was always inclusive. She will be deeply missed.

Marcia was a member and officer in our Marian Club at St. Thomas the Apostle parish when she lived in Tucson and a personal friend of mine. She will be greatly missed and is in our prayers as is her family.
