Marsha A. McEvoy 60, passed away April 10, 2013 at home with her family by her side after her battle with cancer. She was the most loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and friend. She was born September 24, 1952 in Paris, Ill. She moved to Tucson at the age of 18. Her passion was taking care of children; she had such an impact on all of their lives. Survived by her loving husband, Peter A. McEvoy; daughters, Leslie A. Parsons, Lisa K. McHugh-Refre (Derik M. Refre), Lori L. Palman (Jeremy L. Palman), Lana S. Becwar (Dean R. Becwar) and Jessica A. Hershberger; grandchildren, Angel L. Gago III, Kayley Parsons, Michael S. Mchugh, Morgan T. McHugh, Zachary T. Palman, Michael A. Parsons, Alicia R. Preciado, Emilee M. Refre, Jacob A. Palman, Tyler L. Becwar and Alexanderia D. Hutchinsen; mother, Goldie E. Gibson; brother, Michael Hathcock (Yongmei Su); niece, Fang Fei Chen and nephew, Marcus Hathcock. Preceded in death by her father, Earnest E. Tolen and brother, Kenith G. Hathcock. A Celebration of her life will be held at her home on Saturday, April 20, 2013.
