Marylou Hall Born January 19, 1944, in Des Moines, Iowa, to Alma and Vernon Roberts (both of whom are deceased), passed away suddenly on October 1, 2012. She grew up in Jewell, Iowa, moved to Clovis, NM to marry her USAF husband on April 9, 1965, moved back to Iowa living in Ames and Sioux City, and finally relocating to Tucson with her husband and family in January, 1984. Marylou was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and friend who will be greatly missed by her husband of 47 years, David Hall; children, Scott (Beth) Hall of Tulsa, OK, Michael (Susin) Hall of Tucson and Brenda (Enrique) Ramirez also of Tucson; grandchildren, Elijah, Nathaniel and Alessandra Ramirez of Tucson; brother, Paul (Bonnie) Roberts of Albany, Oregon; a brother-in-law, Harold (Jeanine) Hall of Ames, Iowa and many other extended family nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Marylou was a long-term employee of the Univ. of Arizona Student Union as a Food Service Supervisor. There are no words to express how much she will be so greatly missed by her family and friends. She will always have a very special place in all our hearts. Marylou was a breast cancer survivor and the family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the in her memory. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, October 5, 2012, with Visitation from 12:00 noon until 2:00 p.m. followed by Services beginning at 2:00 p.m. Interment of cremated remains will happen in the near future at Evergreen Cemetery in Jewell, Iowa. Arrangements by DESERT SUNSET FUNERAL HOME located at 3081 W. Orange Grove Road.
