Neil DORMAN

DORMAN, Neil of Sands Point, NY passed away suddenly on November 4, 2017 in Tucson, AZ.  A devoted husband to Monika, loving father to Keith and Randi and her husband, Rob and adoring grandfather to Skye.  Neil was intelligent, kind and ethical. He received his BA, Master's and PhD in Philosophy from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA from New York University. He was a 2nd Lt. in the Army. Neil worked in his family's cheese company, Dorman's Cheese, for 20 years until he orchestrated its sale in 1987.  He taught Business Ethics at Columbia Business School and worked briefly on Wall Street.  He loved good food, wine, books, poetry, classical music, sailing, rowing, and hiking in the Catalina Mountains.  Neil will be profoundly missed.
