Odein Castaneda Obituary

CASTANEDA, Odein Abad, was born in Ray, Arizona to Basilio Abad and Maria Dolores Martinez on January 2, 1918. She met her maker on March 11, 2011. She lived the first 27 years of her life in her beloved Miami, Arizona and spent the rest of her days in Tucson, Arizona where she worked for Safeway for 35 years. She is preceded in death by her husband, Willie Castaneda; her son, William Castaneda Jr.; her sister, Vera Abad Lopez and her brother, Basil Abad Jr. She is survived by her daughter, Martha J. Castaneda; grandchildren, Alice Marie Federico, Bill Castaneda, Veronica Peralta, Juan Castaneda, Jose Luis Castaneda and Marta Peralta; 11 great- grandchildren and 11 great-great-grandchildren. May she rest in peace. Mass will be offered 10:00 a.m., Friday, March 18, 2011 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 601 E. Ft. Lowell Rd. Burial to follow in Holy Hope Cemetery. Friends may call from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at BRING'S MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 236 S. Scott, Thursday, March 17, 2011 with the Rosary recited at 7:00 p.m.
