Otto Olsson Obituary

Otto J. Olsson age 86, longtime resident of Tucson and member of Tanque Verde Lutheran Church died of natural causes on April 26, 2011 in Forest Hill, MD. Born in Jamaica, NY, he was the son of the late John Olaf and Margit Ellertsen Morbekk Olsson. As an architect, builder, real estate developer and entrepreneur, he owned and operated his own business. Mr. Olsson is survived by his wife, Judy A. Olsson of Bel Air, MD; daughter, Karen Olsson Strong of Chandler, AZ; sons, John Olsson of Winterville, NC; David Olsson of Eugene, OR and Eric Olsson of Baltimore, MD; stepsons, John and Jim Zangrilli, both of Forest Hill, MD; stepdaughter, Jeanne Tittle of Jarrettsville, MD; sister, Mary Mates of Boca Raton, FL; 16 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his wife, Elizabeth L. Bovee Olsson, who died on July 27, 1997. A Service for Mr. Olsson will be held at Tanque Verde Lutheran Church at 11:00 a.m., on Saturday, May 28, 2011. Interment will be at East Lawn Cemetery at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association. Memory tributes may be sent to the family at mccomasfuneralhome.com.
