I haven't seen Parker since 1976 or so. We used to be on the Pima County Dolphins swim team together. He really made an impression on me - enough to Google him 35 years later. He really used to make me laugh back then. Rest in peace, buddy.

Oh my God Parker I hadnt seen you in such a very long time but I always thought highly of you because you had goals when others in the crowd had none. I was so sad to hear that it was you in that helicopter. Lonnie went to your funeral and told me about your passing afterwards. He said it was a beautiful service. Ive been trying to find the time and summom the courage to come and see your picture. When I saw it, I thought "That's Parker" but with a smile of memories of you "back in the day" when you had that long wavy blonde hair. Love and Peace of the Lord to you and your family. No doubt you are in heaven.

I was one of Parkers high school hang out friends at catalina high school. I lost contact with him after graduation in 1987 but we had so much fun in our feast class and sometimes we had a little too much fun and they (the teachers) called it trouble. my prayers go out to his family.

I was honored and priveleged to work with Parker on 5W or 5Western as he would say. He was a friend and mentor. He never knew an enemy. I was proud to have known him. His enthusiasm was contagious. I will miss you Parker.

This loss os surlely a tremendous one to all who knew him. He has a natural with my girls, and loved his dog Mike so very much... he gave to others before he gave to himself, it does give me joy however, that he did get to fulfill his dream. Condolances to the entire family, and Anne Marie, you remembered my little Carine whe she passed away, and O thank you for that so much. Again, you are all in my prayers and thoughts.

I went to nursing school and graduated with Parker at Pima Community College. When I heard of the news I was very sad. I remember him saying to me in school that his plans were to be a flight nurse. I had not seen him since then. One thing I can say to Parker is at least you were doing what you loved. Rest in peace Parker. My thoughts and prayers are with you, your family, and friends.

To the family and friends of Parker. Parker will be deeply missed. I had the pleasure of working with Parker at El Dorado when he first became a nurse. I would also see him at UMC when he worked trauma. My deepest prayers and heartfelt sympathy go to his family. And may his son grow to know what an amazing father he had.

I knew Parker because he was a dear friend to my brother, Brent Sass who passed away 2 years ago. Parker was always there to support Brent in whatever adventure he wanted to undertake or that he had undertaken and not gotten out of unscathed. He was patient and tolerant of my family's many eccentricities. He loved Brent. And I loved him for that.
It was always my impression that he was put here to help. That was his gift. To lift up and dust off and make fresh whatever needed to be. I love you Parker, and thanks for calling me when my brother died. Now that you're gone, I feel like so many of those precious and outlandish stories are gone too. Wish I could've kept up on a bike to see some of the things you two did together.

Perhaps they are not the stars, but rather openings in Heaven where the love of our lost ones pours through and shines down upon us to let us know that they are happy. -Unknown

I want to say to the family & friends that my thoughts & prayers are with them 4-ever. I work in the nursing field & its difficult to hear about someone thats lost their life that was dedicated to caring for others. It really does take a caring person with a big heart to work in the medical field. May God,family & friends be with all of you & hold you near to help ease the pain.
