Paul Keele

Paul Keele 85, of Tucson, Arizona went to our Lord and Savior on Monday, March 28, 2011. Survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Patricia A. Keele; daughter, Debra Keele-Perez; son-in-law, George Perez; two grandsons, Joshua Ryan Perez and Alexander Paul Perez, Alan and Marty Jacobson and family and his son, Richard Keele and family. He is also survived by his brother, Lloyd Keele and his sister, Dorothy Moore. Paul was one of nine children born to Clarence and Birdie Keele in Sedalia, MO on February 22, 1926. Paul lived and attended schools in Fulton, CA. He served in WWII in the Navy and owned and operated Keelco Machine Co. for 35 years in Long Beach and Fullerton. He and Patricia moved to Tucson, AZ to retire and be close to their daughter, Debra and family. Paul was an unusually loving and caring man who adored his family and friends. He passed peacefully after a long battle, at home surrounded by his loving family. He will be truly missed. A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:30 p.m., Saturday, April 2, 2011 at St. Marks United Methodist Church, 1431 West Magee Rd., Tucson, AZ. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to American Heart Association in Paul's name. Arrangements entrusted to DESERT SUNSET FUNERAL HOME.
