Phyllis Mae Mcvoy WENGER

WENGER, Phyllis Mae Mcvoy on November 23, 2016 Phyllis passed away at 91 of COPD. Phyllis was born on April 10, 1925 in Grand Rapids, MI, where she resided until 1982. She had a pilot's license and sold real estate. Phyllis, our dear mother will be remembered as an artist. She volunteered at St. Phillips Church and the Tucson Jr. League and was an active member of Skyline Country Club where she served on the Skyline Viviendas board. She met a broadcaster, Ralph Wiseman Wenger, Jr. from Brookville, OH. They were married in 1948 and enjoyed ice skating, dancing and travelling. Phyllis' parents, George Earl and Esther McVoy and brothers, Earl and Robert, her loving family have preceded her in death. She will be loved by her children, Peter Wenger, Lisa (Jim) Menerick and Rob E. Wenger; grandchildren, John and Philip Menerick, Amanda and Jennifer Wenger; great-grandchildren, Ellie and George Menerick. Phyllis' ashes will be scattered with Ralph's, near Lake Michigan.
