Phyliss,
You were one of the first to welcome me into the world of Tucson City Council. You were a class act, always willing to help and offering advice. The original copper letters left the city when you did. Your talents, generosity, professionalism and genuine support of us in the council offices will never be forgotten. You left a legacy with the city, and I could only have hoped to be as good as you in my position. Thank you for your friendship, mentorship and for your devotion. You always had a kind word and a compliment. You are truly missed, and the city will never be the same.
Fondly
Carmen Guzman
