I remember Dr. Hine very well from my College of Agriculture days from the mid 70's through the mid 80's. As a professor he was the best! In fact, all of the professors in the Plant Pathology Dept. were very friendly, approachable people, who cared immensely about the welfare of their students. I'm sure you will miss him deeply, and I wish you all well.
Respectfully, Terry McGriff

I am so sorry to hear about your dad's passing. I did not know him but loved Pat. She used to speak of him often. I miss her all the time at exercise. My thoughts and prayers are with your families.
