I'm retired TPD. But for early in his career as a patrol officer I didn't have much contact with Roy. From where I stood he seemed to be a good person. Right about now Roy and George Smith are probably together, in the Great Maybe, laughing it up.

Roy was a good man. I remember him teaching us narcotics at the Academy. He made a difference....

Joseph was my oldest brother, he will be missed by his family so much! Joseph came to my rescue a number of times helping me get to Tucson to visit the family, a couple of years ago while in Tucson I woke one morning in extreme pain and a swollen face, Joe called his dentist and got me seen right away!! Joseph was always there for the family, I wish I could have been there for him more than I was. I love and miss you!
