BILL JR. (Womp) WILHITE
January 29, 2018
I was shocked when I discovered Sandman was gone from my brother Joe. I worked very close with Sandman at Bill Breck Dodge for a number of years. I have some great memories with Sandman that I share with friends here in California now that I live here. He was always the center of attention wherever he went and everybody liked him around. I'm deeply sorry to hear he is gone now but memories forever. He was truly a friend you could trust.
